The Importance Of Incense Offering

By telling you that sacrifice is no longer necessary,
the antichrist deceives humanity to lose their key
to divine presence: to peace, success and prosperity.

Just Before The Incense Offering
  1. Before the incense offering, there should be complete silence, for about ten (10) minutes, for people to present their prayer request to God.

  2. If the congregation is very large, more than one incenser could be provided. Now when He had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each having a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints. Revelation 5:8-9

  3. Incense offering produces a sweet smelling aroma pleasant to the Lord.

18 And you shall burn the whole ram on the altar. It is a burnt offering to the LORD; it is a sweet aroma, an offering made by fire to the LORD. Exodus 29:17-18

25 You shall receive them back from their hands and burn them on the altar as a burnt offering, as a sweet aroma before the LORD. It is an offering made by fire to the LORD. Exodus 29:24-25

  4. It is a kind of thanks-giving and praise offering to God.

  5. It is an easy and quick way of calling God down to the earth.

  6. Usually, God comes down with blessings for humanity, especially for those who live according to His commandments.

  7. It provides a ready channel for the children of God to send their prayers to the throne of God.

3 Then another angel, having a golden censer, came and stood at the altar. He was given much incense , that he should offer it with the prayers of all the saints upon the golden altar which was before the throne. 4 And the smoke of the incense , with the prayers of the saints, ascended before God from the angel's hand. Revelation 8:3-5

  8. Offering reminds God of His people and His covenant with them, to bless them, to keep them, to empower them and to prosper them.

15 He shall take from it his handful of the fine flour of the grain offering, with its oil, and all the frankincense which is on the grain offering, and shall burn it on the altar for a sweet aroma, as a memorial to the LORD. Leviticus 6:16

  9. Whenever the children of God gather, the evil spirits also come, to cover them with darkness, so that their prayers cannot ascend to the throne of God. Many religious leaders do not know this and are therefore spiritually blind. When the cloud of darkness is present, the prayers of the congregation do not, and cannot, ascend to the throne of God. As the smoke of the incense offering rise upwards to heaven, the consuming fire of the Holy Spirit breaks and disables the cloud of darkness, which the evil spirits use to envelope (overshadow) the congregation or gathering.

  10. It casts out evil spirits and destroys evil potencies.

  11. The water used in putting out the fire becomes ‘thunder and lightening’ which can uproot and destroy charms and idols.

5 Then the angel took the censer, filled it with fire from the altar, and threw it to the earth. And there were noises, thunderings, lightnings, and an earthquake. Revelation 8:5

  12. You can spray the incense water called ‘thunder and lightening’ in the house, office or environment for protection, health, success and prosperity.

  13. The fragrance attracts the Angels of God into the house or place where the incense is burnt.

  14. The angels of God ascend to heaven in the smoke of the incense offering. 19 So Manoah took the young goat with the grain offering, and offered it upon the rock to the LORD. And He did a wondrous thing while Manoah and his wife looked on — 20 it happened as the flame went up toward heaven from the altar — the Angel of the LORD ascended in the flame of the altar! When Manoah and his wife saw this, they fell on their faces to the ground. Judges 13:19-21

  15. When the incense offering is being moved about in the midst of the congregation, the Angels of God come into the midst of the people to minister to them, to heal, to anoint, to deliver, to empower, to transform, and to answer prayers.

  16. By offering of sacrifice, God sanctifies His people and their temple with divine glory.

41 And the other lamb you shall offer at twilight; and you shall offer with it the grain offering and the drink offering, as in the morning, for a sweet aroma , an offering made by fire to the LORD. 42 This shall be a continual burnt offering throughout your generations at the door of the tabernacle of meeting before the LORD, where I will meet you to speak with you. 43 And there I will meet with the children of Israel, and the tabernacle shall be sanctified by My glory. 44 So I will consecrate the tabernacle of meeting and the altar. I will also consecrate both Aaron and his sons to minister to Me as priests. Exodus 29:41-44

  17. Sacrifice makes God to dwell among His people.

45 I will dwell among the children of Israel and will be their God. 46 And they shall know that I am the LORD their God, who brought them up out of the land of Egypt, that I may dwell among them. I am the LORD their God. Exodus 29:45-46 Guide Lines

  18. The water used in quenching the incense fire is very powerful, and should be used for destroying charms and idols. The name of the water is thunder and lightning.

5 Then the angel took the censer, filled it with fire from the altar, and threw it to the earth. And there were noises, thunderings, lightnings, and an earthquake. Revelation 8:4-5

  19. For Holy Communion and fellowship with God, move the incenser around in the midst of the gathering. When the Israelites provoked the wrath of God, Moses and Aaron used incense offering to save them. Therefore, after offering incense to God, move the incenser around in the midst of the people.

5 Then the angel took the censer, filled it with fire from the altar, and threw it to the earth. And there were noises, thunderings, lightnings, and an earthquake. Revelation 8:5

44 And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying, 45 "Get away from among this congregation, that I may consume them in a moment."
And they fell on their faces.
46 So Moses said to Aaron, "Take a censer and put fire in it from the altar, put incense on it, and take it quickly to the congregation and make atonement for them; for wrath has gone out from the LORD. The plague has begun." 47 Then Aaron took it as Moses commanded, and ran into the midst of the assembly; and already the plague had begun among the people. So he put in the incense and made atonement for the people. 48 And he stood between the dead and the living; so the plague was stopped. 49 Now those who died in the plague were fourteen thousand seven hundred, besides those who died in the Korah incident. 50 So Aaron returned to Moses at the door of the tabernacle of meeting, for the plague had stopped. Numbers 16:44-50

  20. While the incenser is being moved about in the midst of people, the priest or minister(s) shall continue blessing the congregation or gathering, according to what God said in the Bible, and while stretching his hands towards heaven. And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying: 23 "Speak to Aaron and his sons, saying, 'This is the way you shall bless the children of Israel. Say to them:
    24 "The LORD bless you and keep you;
25 The LORD make His face shine upon you,
    And be gracious to you;
26 The LORD lift up His countenance upon you,
    And give you peace."'
27 "So they shall put My name on the children of Israel, and I will bless them."
    Numbers 6:22-27
